DCoA – Digital Certificate of Authenticity:
Each piece of our artwork is accompanied by a Digital Certificate of Authenticity (DCoA). The DCoA is a unique QR code generated exclusively for each product. The DCoA provides essential details about the artwork, including a unique product number, the artist’s signature, the title and origin of the piece, the dates of creation and sale, dimensions, details of the medium used, technical specifications, and contact information. For convenience, the DCoA is securely placed on the back of each product, ensuring authenticity and traceability.
PAM – Professional Art Management:
Rather than overwhelming customers with numerous complex options, we have streamlined the entire process. Our professional design team will determine the optimal product specifications to deliver the best possible results for you.
For instance, the inclusion and dimensions of a mat board (passepartout) are determined by our team, taking into account the unique characteristics of the artwork. Mat board sizes typically range from 0.5 cm to 10 cm. In many cases, the artwork may be best presented without a mat board to achieve optimal visual impact. Our team also selects the most suitable finish for the print – matte or glossy – based on the artistic qualities of the piece. Similarly, the colors of the mat board (White, Black, Brown) and the photo frame (White, Black, Wenge, Teak) are carefully chosen to enhance the overall aesthetic and ensure the most appropriate presentation.

We use DIN formats (Deutsches Institut für Normung/German Institute for Standardization) in accordance with ISO 216/DIN 476. Please refer to the Scale Chart for size comparisons.
Print formats:
Please note that if the original artwork is in a rectangular orientation, it cannot be converted to a vertical format, and vice versa. Square or panoramic prints are only available when the original artwork is in those formats, as we do not crop images in order to preserve the artistic integrity of each piece. In certain situations, we can accommodate special requests for square or panoramic orientations, provided the customer approves the modified image. While the integrity of the image may be compromised, we will ensure the core essence of the artwork is preserved.

To ensure the highest quality standards for professional use, we exclusively provide files in WebP (Web purposes, lossless, high resolution – Adobe RGB 1998 / 16-bit / 300 DPI) and JPEG 2000 (Printing purposes, lossless, high resolution – Adobe RGB 1998 / 16-bit / 600 DPI). Downloads in JPG, JPEG, or PNG formats are not offered to avoid quality degradation. All Royalty-Free licenses include global usage rights, allowing you to print the content an unlimited number of times for both online and offline purposes.

The Wall Art Gallery provides additional products not available in the Online Store, which can be purchased through a tailored purchase form. This form is specifically designed to customize each piece according to the customer’s preferences. The service includes comprehensive support, offering professional editing, printing, and framing. You make the selection, and we handle the rest.
Step 1: Select a product from the Wall Art Gallery and submit your order details using the order form. We do not accept orders via email or telephone to ensure clarity and avoid any potential misunderstandings.
Step 2: You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. If you decide to cancel your order, simply refrain from completing this step. Orders not paid within 3 business days will be automatically canceled. Payment options include the Stripe QR code or the UBS IBAN provided.
